Animation Cancel Tutorial

EVERY CLASS CAN DO IT!
Animation canceling is one of the most crucial aspects of Conqueror's Blade's PvP environment. Blocking serves as the primary mechanic for canceling animations, enabling you to interrupt rolls, spells, and other actions. However, one often-overlooked technique is roll canceling, which allows you to interrupt full spells, dismounts, and even create advanced movements otherwise impossible.
The fastest way to identify which skills are cancelable is by heading to the training room and experimenting with roll-canceling, dismount-canceling, blocking, and other techniques across various skills. For example, you can (or could) cancel Poleaxe dismount with Weapon Dance. Blocking, in particular, shortens the animation of many skills, making it a versatile tool for improving your timing.
There are moments when you might not want to cancel a roll, such as when you need to create distance or lack another spell to follow up. However, in most scenarios, canceling animations is highly advantageous. While it increases stamina usage, it significantly enhances your reactivity and evasion potential, making you a much more formidable opponent.
